Inspired by ‘70s runners with a self-described retrofuture construction, the New Balance XC-72 is a revolutionary silhouette styled with reinforced canvas underlays and hairy suede overlays. Styled with a herringbone detailed stability heel clip, a cushioned white foam midsole and a T-bar toe box, this low collar New Balance sneaker also features an over-extended 5% recycled rubber outsole that features a vertical split combining the tread patterns of the XC-15 and 375. Flat laces secure the single layer microfibre ‘NB’ tongue in place, whilst printed insoles feature ‘XC-72’ branding. Finished with sculpted details, angular accents and with recycled ‘N’ logos across each side wall.
